All work is handmade to order and lead times can vary depending on factors such as time of year and complexity of piece.
We generally post within 3 days of order being placed, More complex designs can take longer.

We do not charge a restocking fee for standard items* if you find it isn't quite what you were looking for. We only ask that you return the item unworn in it's original undamaged packaging.

Annika Rutlin uses Sterling silver which is 92.5% silver, Nickel free and hypoallergenic.
Silver may tarnish naturally over time, caused by a reaction with sulphur that naturally occurs in the air and natural body oils.
With good care and love it will maintain it’s beauty for a long time.
- Keep away from moisture - Remove before entering water
- Remove when active - Remove when sleeping
- Avoid contact with perfumes, hair products, cosmetics & harsh chemicals
- Polish gently with a lint free cloth
- Store in a cool dry place preferably in a sealed bag or box
